If you have big dreams but you have no idea how to execute them, this is a simple but underrated strategy on how to create the life that you want. A lot of us have a destination in mind, we know where we want to get to and we have people we admire who are already there. We get stuck on that gap, that journey from A to B. We don't know how to actually get there. Well, we now live in the most accessible time in history where pretty much anyone's career arc is on the internet in a few clicks. There's probably to some degree some paper trail of the people that you admire and how they got to where they are. For me, it was watching old videos of people from one to five years ago, not the work that they're doing now, which feels impossible to achieve, but the early work they were doing. It completely reframed my mindset on my goals. They weren't impossible, they were just further along in the journey. You're gonna compare your journey to the people who are much further ahead of you. Of course, it's gonna feel overwhelming and impossible. Their experiences tenfold what you have. When you go back and see where people started off, that journey feels a lot less scary and daunting. You can use them as a compass to guide you as to what direction you should go. You don't need the whole, you just need a direction to walk towards until one day you are someone new.
