Those who have a 'why' can bear almost anyhow. I love this quote by Victor Frank because when you have a purpose when something matters deeply to you, you can find the strength to face almost anything. Finding your purpose is essential to living a fulfilled life and we all have different values and needs that shape that purpose. This is essentially what the Japanese meaning of Ikegai explores. Where meaning sits at the intersection of what you love, what you're good at and what the world needs. Every path has challenges, but the meaning has to you will change how you experience those challenges because they'll be worth it. It's when we're doing something that we don't really you want to do deep down because it's not satisfying our values, but it becomes very hard to keep going. This is why I really believe that it's so important to follow your own dream. Not a dream that's been given to you or that is expected of you, but what feels true to you. When that why is something you've defined, the how is something you can always face.
