This is exactly how you're going to get your spark back in 2026, part two. Or exactly how I'm going to get my spark back, but if you want to join, you can too. Number one is you're going to get your brain out of isolation mode. Everyone may need a season where they need to lock in and isolate themselves in order to accomplish their goals, but the key here is balance. You still need to get out, you still need people, even if it's just one or two really amazing, great people. Getting out of isolation will also bring you so many opportunities that the world is waiting to present to you once you get out of your bubble. The second thing you're going to do to get your spark back is have tough conversations. When you are able to feel your emotions completely, you filter it. When you ignore it, it stores and it becomes weight. In order to get your spark back, you need to feel light, airy, and so you need to get things off of your chest. Three is tracking habits plus sticking to them to build confidence. If you are someone that's extremely ambitious, you may have so many goals. One of the ways to actively work towards those goals is by showing up every day and doing the things that you need to do. And a great way to hold yourself accountable is by tracking your habits. I use a habit tracking app and I have a list of five or six things that I have to do every day in order to feel productive. And it doesn't have to be perfect. You don't have to complete every single habit every day. It's basically data analytics, but with your habits. That's going to up your confidence and help you restore confidence in the source, which is you. Those are a few things that I'm doing to get my spark back. Comment 'SPARK' and I'll send you a link to my full substack article where I wrote a little bit more about this in detail.
