Applying 200 jobs is not job search. It's just busy work. And if you're still doing it manually in 2026, we need to talk. OpenAI just dropped a massive update to Codex and the combination of two new features will change the job hunting completely. So this is what I did. So I connected a plugin that watches my emails for job alerts and then you can have Codex just go into your Indeed profile on their own. So it has its own cursor, so it's literally clicking around on my screen while I'm still using my computer. And then it's going to grab data that I can't even grab on my own and just handle everything in the background and apply to jobs for you. And that's just literally two things it can do. It can generate images now, it has a built-in browser so you can preview work as you go and then it remembers what you like and it connects to like 90 plus plugins like GitHub, Slack, Notion, Figma and all of that.
