Handyman pricing. Some guys charge 60 bucks an hour, some charge 150 bucks an hour, but they both swear they know how to price. But here's the difference. A Joe prices to win the job, where a pro prices to be here next year. A Joe wants pocket money, gas money, travel money, a little cash for the weekend, a pro prices for time, material, profit margin, risks, staff, because it's not about beer money. It's a business. One guy builds profit into a job while the other guy buys himself another week. So let's be honest with your comment. Are you pricing like a pro or are you pricing like a joke?
