I just got access to Canva AI 2.0 and it's so much more useful than AI image generators for making usable, editable, on-brand visuals. So let's have a look at the most impressive features. So, firstly connectors. Canva 2.0 can now plug straight into Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Notion. You could pull a Zoom meeting transcript and get a recap deck or turn a customer email into a one-pager without leaving Canva. Second is scheduling. You set a task once and then Canva can run it in the background on a schedule. So you could generate a week of social content every Friday or have it scan your inbox every morning and build a briefing document for your meetings. The third feature I love is web research. So Canva can crawl the web, work out what's trending, or it could do research and turn it into a presentation. Fourth feature I wanna call out is brand intelligence. So once it learns your brand, it applies it automatically across everything you make, colours, fonts, tone, layout, and it's adaptive so the more you use it, the better it gets. Fifth is Sheets AI, so you describe what you need, a budget tracker, a content calendar, something like that, and it builds a fully structured spreadsheet populated with real data, ready to use. I love that because I hate spreadsheets! And sixth, Canva Code 2.0, this is basically a website builder inside Canva - you describe what you want like a landing page, a sign up form, an interactive page, something like that and it builds it for you, and the forms on those pages feed straight into a Canva spreadsheet. So what I love about this, yes, it's the next version of Canva, it's very AI-driven, but I very much feel like I'm still designing. I'm in control, I'm making creative decisions, not just endlessly re-prompting and hoping for something better next time. So head on over to Canva to sign up so that you're ready when Canva AI 2.0 is released!
