Second, he has a Performance Max campaign live. He's obviously a dentist, he's looking to generate leads and local traffic. Do not run PMax, not 90% of the time. Not if you don't know what you're doing. Third, he's not even tracking conversions properly. And of course, you wouldn't have seen this, but I know this because I checked how it's set up. He's tracking call clicks, not actual phone calls. He's tracking form submissions, but I checked the configuration and it's just people who click the button or I think it's actually visit the contact page, which is even worse. You should be tracking actual phone calls, actual form submissions. That is horrible.
