One of the biggest hedge funds in the world has a radical transparency like concept in their founding or something, which essentially just means out of every single meeting you rank all of the people you work with, I think on a scale from one to five. And it's like so dystopian and like a lot of people think a Black Mirror episode was based off of that. I think the episode is called Nosedive or something and it's all about like your like how well you do your job, how well you know what's going on, how personable you are, how prepared you were for that meeting to my understanding, I don't know, I don't work there. But is that not insane?
