But I still got fired. So this is everything I Learned.
Money isn't everything to everyone.
And this is such a hard concept to internalize because you're like,
I just gave you the gift of $720,000.
What could more could you possibly want?
And it's not money. They want the feelings of security.
Which is exactly what you have to give them.
And this is gonna piss you off.
But this is where I say fuck your personal boundaries.
If your client is stressed out and it's ten PM at night,
pick up the phone. If you don't,
someone else will. Now,
when it comes to those high stress environments,
it's not them against you,
it's you guys against the problem.
So be there for your client.
Give them the security and give them your time.
Now, however small the problem seems,
I'm always there for my clients.
