Let's come clean about the reality of getting your real estate license. That is a $5 million property that I sold. I had to split 50% of my commission with a mentor who never met my client. If you miraculously meet clients or get clients or actually already have clients, you really still don't have the knowledge to close the deal without a mentor. This results in a lot of pain, a lot of hope, and a lot of like, hopeless, like, what do I do? I'll do anything. I just don't understand a clear path in front of me. I decided to create an entire society of female realtors so that you get all of the information necessary to close the deal without having to hire a mentor and pay them 50%.
