Comparing the oura ring 4 and 5

I've had my Oura ring 5 for about two weeks now and here's everything that I've noticed compared to my Oura ring 4. First, right off the bat, I purchased the Oura ring in yellow gold for both the Oura ring 4 and 5 and as you can tell, the Oura ring 4 is way more yellow. I heard people say that the more you wear the Oura ring, the less yellow it gets after like washing your hands with it and whatnot. But if anything, I feel like my Oura ring 4 got more yellow. And I don't know, the fact that it's just so yellow, it didn't appeal to me and I know some people like it, like a really yellow ring, but for me, it just looks like cheap jewelry and I didn't like that. Second is thickness. Wearing the Oura ring 5, you don't feel like you're wearing a ring on your hand. I feel like that's both good and bad because sometimes I forget that I'm even wearing my Oura ring, like I'm like, where's my Oura ring? But it's literally on my hand. The Oura ring 4 is just so big and so thick that my fingers like get in the way of each other sometimes and that was like a kind of a really annoying part of the Oura ring 4 for me. Scratches. So this was the biggest, biggest issue for me with my Oura ring 4. I think literally three days after wearing my Oura ring 4, it was scratched like no other. And the TikTok camera is not really doing me justice right now, but as you can see, like the paint has been rubbed off in certain areas of my Oura ring 4. And it just looked really, like I couldn't stop staring at it. Like I would work out with this ring, I would lift weights, I would do every single thing with my Oura ring 4. Similarly for my Oura ring 5, I also work out with it, I lift weights, I do everything. And I have not noticed a single scratch at all. So this was the biggest, biggest issue for me with my Oura ring 4. Battery life. I heard the Oura ring 5 is supposed to be better in terms of battery life, but I honestly haven't noticed a huge difference. I can go about three to four days without charging my Oura ring before it starts complaining that I need to charge it. I can literally go about three to four days without charging my Oura ring before it starts complaining that I need to charge it. So far, I haven't noticed anything better in terms of battery life for the 5. Sizing. I get a lot of questions about sizing. I originally thought that the sizing would be different on the Oura ring 5 since it is a lot thinner. But I ordered the sizing kit and I am a nine in the Oura ring 4 and I am also a nine in the Oura ring 5. I definitely played safe if you're planning on purchasing the new Oura ring 5 and make sure that the size you're purchasing is the size that fits properly for you. I think that's it.
