Karen gets her nails done by a beginner

hi I got my nails done at your salon a few days ago but I'm not happy with them and I would like a refund okay can I get your name please Karen okay Karen I can see here that you've booked with Emily who is our beginner nail tech can you let me know what exactly you're not happy with yes so the nails look bulky and they're not even length uh huh and did you say something during the appointment no I didn't look at them properly but now that I look at them I don't like them that's fine um Karen are you aware that in our salon we have 4 stages of nail techs with different levels of experience and different pricing and if you don't refund me I would like the owner to fix them see the pricing reflects the level of experience and the result you're booking in for there is a reason Emily charges a lot less than Nikki if Emily could do the same shaping structure and finish that Nikki does then she would charge the same as Nikki why is she taking clients then well because no nail tech wakes up one day with 10 years of experience every master you've ever admired was once a beginner who needed clients willing to support their journey the fact that she's a beginner doesn't mean she's doing something unsafe or completely wrong but it does come with the understanding that the person is still learning she's not going to work at the same speed confidence or perfection level as someone who has been doing nails for years follow for part 2 and I'm going to be very honest with you
