yes so the nails look bulky and they're not even length and I'm going to be very honest with you this is why it's cheaper some clients are completely fine with that they're not very picky they're happy to support someone who is learning and for them paying less is worth it and we are so thankful for those clients because beginners need real people to practice on and I promise you Emily tries her best but there is only so much she can do at her current level and if you had said something during the appointment I'm sure she would have tried to rectify the shape or length but again it might not be how you like it so if you know you're very particular with your nails and you want a more advanced result I would recommend booking with one of our master techs I can have a check for you when they're available and how much it would cost they wouldn't fix it for free no ma'am trying to get a free set from a master when you first booked a beginner is like trying to trick the system to get a master at a beginner's price and how do I know they'll do a good job you can check our social media under every set we write who did it so you can book with the masters whose work you like okay I'll look but pass my message to the owner as she may decide to offer me a free set to keep me as a client I'm the owner oh okay uh and I can't come to you to see how she did the nails you can absolutely come and I would love to see what Emily did wrong so we can focus her education effort there but if it's just the shaping complaint I won't fix them for free weird I thought you would try to keep me I want to keep clients who choose the right service for their expectations if you know you're very particular about your nails you're simply not the right client for a beginner nail tech okay
