I don't think anyone in their right mind would want to go to the Great American State Fair with 40 grams of protein in their vest, but I did. Today's gonna be a lot of walking, so I came prepared. America celebrating 250th birthday. I was so lucky to be able to see the Washington Monument from the top of the Ferris wheel.
