Waiting for the AP Physics exam. Score distribution this year felt brutal, but we finally have AP Physics 1 and the numbers are looking really good. I am so happy to see we are still following the trend from last year where nearly 19% of people got a five. And this year 24% of people and 25% of people got a three. If we compare these with the numbers from previous years, we can see that the numbers for this year look a lot like the numbers from 2025. If anything, the passing the exam has gone up. However, if you look at the exam score distributions for previous years, that this exam truly used to be one of the most brutal ones in terms of content, but also the distribution. Few final things, first of all, this exam has a much more generous distribution this year and last year, but colleges still view it as one of the most challenging AP exams for both humanities based major students and STEM based major students. This means that if you got a three, that is a very good score. Just to be, I got a three on this AP exam. The other thing I wanna point out, this past year, few students who had a two or a one on AP Physics exams and were going for STEM based majors. To make matters worse, applying to colleges where you have to report every single AP score, like Stanford, and yet they still got admitted.
