Most iPhone users think this turns off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, but it doesn't. When you tap these buttons in the Control Center, it only disconnects. Which means Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are still running in the background. Here's how to fix that. First, open the Shortcuts app. Then tap on this plus button in the top right. Search for Wi-Fi and select Set Wi-Fi. Now tap where it says on because you wanna change this to off. Next, search for Bluetooth and you're gonna select Set Bluetooth. Then change that to off as well. Now give the shortcut a name. Mine is called True Off. Keep watching because next part is most important. Next, let's add it to your Control Center. Open your Control Center, long press on an empty area. Then tap add a control. Search for Shortcuts and then just simply add it right here. Now tap the shortcut can control so you can choose one. Select the shortcut you created. And that's it. Now whenever you tap your shortcut, it will completely turn off both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth instantly.
