I just spent $12,000 let's budget it together It's the first of the month and I damn near just spent $12,000. Literally, I just spent $12,000. So I'm gonna tell you what I spent $12,000 on because. Holy crap. Alright, starting off with the income part of it. I have three sources of income into my bank account. We don't have these like separate bank accounts. His account, her account. It's just It's just one freaking account. Nursing: $1966 1966 from my nursing paycheck. Then I have three houses that we run as rental properties. They are not Airbnbs. They are long term. We profited $6,805. The five dollars comes because there's this random like pet fee that someone has. It's like a $5 dollar pet fee or whatever. For my husband's job, he made $3600 So with those three incomes, Total: $12,371 that totals to $12,371. Before we pay bills, before we pay anything else, we pay tithing, 10% to the church is tithing, that comes to $1,237. And I was also a little bit behind in tithing. So I had $1,800 in of income to catch up in in tithing. So I paid another $180 in tithing. Now for rent, we obviously it's the first of the month. We live in an Airbnb right now. Yes, we own three houses, but we don't live in those. So we live in an Airbnb right now. So current for the whole Month of July is $2400. Next I have to pay the mortgages for my three rental properties, $7,400. What I make from them is $6,805. We're short. Last two weeks. we spent $375 on groceries. Eating out: -$49 I only spent $49 on eating out. Amazon. I got a little hefty on Amazon recently. And I spent $130 on Amazon, which is kind of a lot. We have a birthday coming up. Okay? So when there's a birthday coming up, I can't help myself. As you can see, I got my hair done. I've talked about this before, but my husband and I have our own like, spending budgets. Like, you have $100 a month, I have $100 a month, that kind of thing. I spent $100 on my hair. So that's my entire month's personal budget. It's $100. Anyways, after all of that, I have $444 left over. Savings: -/+ $400 Total: $44 Which means I have a total of 44 bucks left until my next paycheck.
