It's the first of the month and I just spent $14,000. So let's go over what I spent it on because that's a lot of freaking money. I'm a nurse, my husband works from home and we own three rental properties, so that's where like all of our income basically comes from. So let's go into what I actually spent it on. For this week, I actually made $0. I got paid a couple of days ago, so I'm not really counting it on this whole thing. My husband got paid $3,200. All of that comes out to $14,888. Now getting into the houses. Our first tenant paid us $1,980. Second tenant paid us $2,300. And our third tenant paid us $2,525. And I also got paid out from a brand deal that has been pending for a very, very long time. So for that, I got paid $4,883. So all of that comes out to $14,888. Now, let's get into the spendings, okay? First things first, you already know every freaking comment on this video will be about this, I guarantee it. But that's just y'all love to get your panties all in a bunch because I say this, okay? I pay my tithing. Yes, I pay my tithing even if it's $14,000. So for tithing, it is $1,488. Okay, now let's pay the mortgages. Like I said, I have three mortgages. So the mortgages all combined comes out to $7,400. Yes, the rent is a little bit less than the mortgages, they leave, and then it's just a big huge hassle. So I'm okay with having to pay a little extra. So I live in an Airbnb right now as a travel nurse. So our rent this month is $2,400. And then I also had to pay my phone bill, so that was two phones for $63. And then I also had to pay a couple of utilities for one of our tenants and that was $147. And if you didn't know this already, I'm a night shift nurse and sometimes my husband's schedule aligns with my shifts and sometimes it doesn't. So also we have to pay for some sort of childcare every single month. So for childcare for the month, we paid $1,000. And then personally, I like having my checking account very, very low, okay? So I put $2,000 into savings. And then last but certainly not least, I had to do a little bit of maintenance on one of our rental properties, so I paid $350 for a little bit of maintenance. So after all that, the total comes out to $40 left in our bank account until next paycheck. So $14,888 down to $40 bucks.
