Gotten this question a few times - venture as an asset class underperforms the S&P and other markets/assets and has very high risk. Especially if you’re new to the ecosystem and don’t have good ways to find and evaluate startups it’s not the best way to allocate capital unless you have enough money that you’re trying to diversify out.
