Difference is crazy👏 Over the past few months I shifted my entire program. I stopped counting my protien, carbs, calories, etc. I no longer lift to failure or try to lift as much as possible. I train less times a week but lift just enough to maintain and grow muscle without too much stress on my body. I don’t do excessive cardio, just walking or jogging. I don’t want to be muscular anymore, I was to be fit and healthy. I want more time to spend on other hobbies and activities. I don’t want the gym to be my whole identity anymore. I never felt better physically and mentally and i’m going to keep on going👏 #fitness #workout #gym #gymtransformation
