Everybody wants to be a bad bitch, but nobody knows how. And I have a few things off the top of my mind that are gonna help you today. Today we're gonna talk about centering yourself, which basically means prioritizing yourself and putting yourself first. For a lot of you, especially if you are a people pleaser, this is not going to come naturally. And that makes a lot of sense, especially if you spent your entire life working to please the people around you and make them happy. So I'm gonna give you some pointers and some things that you can start doing immediately to start prioritizing yourself and centring yourself. Number one, you have to start being okay with disappointing others. For example, if it is your goal to work out consistently after work for the next 14 days. And your friends come to you and ask you to go out for drinks during that 14 day period. This is an essential point in this journey when you need to be able to say no and be okay with disappointing them. Your real friends will support you. And the goals that you have in these trial moments are also when you can start to figure out which friends you can start to bring along with you in this journey of self improvement and which ones you may eventually have to leave behind. The ones who support your goals and don't make you feel guilty for not being on their agenda are gonna be the ones that you can take along. This journey is going to look like you saying no to a lot of people, and it's going to be hard at first, but you're gonna have to start being okay with it. Number two, start getting stricter with the things that you tolerate in your life. For example, there are a few rules that I have in place for myself in my life. I will not let myself miss any action towards a goal that I have two days in a row. I will not let myself complain about the same thing over and over and over again unless I find a solution for it. And I definitely will not let myself be surrounded by people who are negative, excessive gossips, or are not ambitious for themselves. And number three, you have to start getting real focused with what you want for yourself. A big reason why people are people pleasers and focus on pleasing everybody else around them but themselves is because you are not locked into any goals that you're trying to achieve. If you are like this, I need you to pick one or two goals that you can start taking seriously. When you start devoting your time to a goal, you'll find that it's a lot easier to start saying no to anything that does not align. That's all I have for today, but I'll see you guys at the next one.
