[ MUST TRY ] BRISBANE ROOFTOP LAUNCHES A $49 WEDNESDAY STEAK NIGHT WITH UNLIMITED FRITES Siroco Rooftop has launched Sueños Steak Night, a new midweek steak feed on the Fortitude Valley rooftop above Constance Street. Every Wednesday from 5pm, $49 buys sunset cheese bread and smoked butter to start, unlimited frites, and a hero cut of steak finished with your pick of sauce. It lands right when the week needs a reason to slow down. THE $49 STEAK LINE UP 🥩 🥩 The steak: choice of 250g Wagyu Picanha (6/7 grade) or 200g MB 2+ Black Angus striploin, finished with onion butter, pink peppercorn or chimichurri. 🍞 The start: sunset cheese bread and smoked butter to open the table. 🍟 The sides: unlimited frites, included in the $49. THE UPGRADES 🦞 🥔 Roasted garlic potatoes: add them on if the frites aren’t enough. 🦞 Sea and Turf: upgrade to a chargrilled, butter poached Moreton Bay bug tail alongside your steak.
