[ NEW ] THIS JUNGLE-THEMED ROOFTOP BAR HAS DROPPED AN EPIC BRUNCH WITH THREE HOURS OF FLOWING DRINKS 🦍 Soko Rooftop has launched Tropicalia Brunch, a full-colour Saturday session of bold Nikkei flavours, curated sharing plates and flowing beverages from 12pm til 3pm. It spreads across the outdoor terrace and the indoor restaurant, with live dancers and DJs turning the whole rooftop into a brunch party. It runs every Saturday, so consider your weekend ritual sorted. THE SHARING MENU 🍣 Tumi sashimi platter: Salmon, kingfish and tuna. 🐟 Yellow kingfish ceviche: Aji amarillo, miso leche de tigre, red chilli and crispy shallots. 🍢 Beef yakitori: Chargrilled skewers with shishito pepper, tare glaze and toasted sesame. 🥟 Empanadas de queso: Cheese, capsicum, corn and spicy rocoto. 🍗 Karaage chicken bao: Ginger, garlic, soy, kewpie mayo and shichimi togarashi. 🫛 Edamame: Steamed whole with hakata sea salt to start. THE PACKAGES 🥂 Standard: $99 per person for the three-hour beverage and set menu package. 🧃 Non alcoholic: $79 per person for the same food and flowing non-alc drinks. ⭐ Premium upgrade: Add $45 per person to level up your beverage selection. 💃 The atmosphere: Live dancers and DJs across the session, so brunch moves well beyond the table.
