Meaning that I'm like watching it unfold is they keep buying all this tech, trying to fill this whole of AI transformation, but they're not using the tech like it should be. The people don't know how to use it. There's not a process around how to centralize knowledge, how to train folks. They're just like, there's these power users that are spinning up like hundreds of agents, which is cool, which I love. But then most of these other people don't know what agents to use and they're tired and it's just creating a lot more swirl. So if you're at an enterprise and you're like, why did this multi-million dollar thing that I just bought, why isn't it magically working?
