AND BUT I LOOK INTO THEIR SYSTEM AND I SEE SO IF WE MAKE A BUNCH MORE COPY RIGHT NOW IT LOOKS IT IS TAKING SIX MONTHS FOR LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE TO REVIEW A PIECE OF COPY. SO NOW THERE'S THIS HUGE BACKLOG AND IF WE PUMP OUT MORE CONTENT IT'S JUST GONNA STRESS IT'S JUST GONNA STRESS THAT BOTTLENECK AND THEN MAKE A BIG PROBLEM. SO MY ADVICE DO NOT RUN TO THE SOLUTION AND REALLY STEP BACK AND LOOK AT THE PROBLEM. THE BULK THE BULK OF THE WORK IS REALLY LOOKING BACK AND SAYING ALRIGHT THIS IS THE CURRENT STATE THIS WOULD BE THE IDEAL STATE HOW DO WE GET FROM A TO B? TYPICALLY BUT IT'S A LOT OF CONVERSATION WORKFLOW, AND THEN MAKING SURE THAT WE'RE GATHERING THE RIGHT KNOWLEDGE SO WE COULD EVEN DO THE THING. I work in applied AI for Fortune 500 companies and the thing that I see often with clients and what I want to warn you about if you're implementing AI is that the thing, the AI thing that the client wants, typically their system and their organization is not ready to handle it. Great example one that often comes up is the client says, we need more content. We need more long form copy for example. And so, they're like, can AI do that? And I say, of course I can. And then But I look into their system and I see, all right, so if we make a bunch more copy, right now it looks like it is taking six months for legal and compliance to review a piece of copy. So now there's this huge backlog already and if we pump out more content, it's just going to stress that bottle neck and then make a big problem. So my advice is do not run to the solution and really step back and look at the problem. The bulk of the work is really looking back and saying, all right, this is the current state. This would be the ideal state, how do we get from A to B? Typically, it's like a little bit of AI, but it's a lot of conversation, workflow and then making sure that we're gathering the right knowledge so we could even do the thing.
