word of caution for folks that are implementing at their organisation is that AI accelerates. So whether that is good or it's gonna accelerate. So if your organisation has totally unified strategy, great documentation, everyone working very fluidly together, AI will go well. But I've seen that to be the case basically nowhere, unfortunately. I am a director of applied AI for Fortune 500 companies and what is that these companies are held together by tribal knowledge, meaning it's just in people's head. Then also just held together like, disparate Excel spreadsheets or G sheets. Just throwing AI into that ends up creating sure, pockets of efficiency, but mostly just deepening the silos that are already there. What they need is connection and context. So the focus shouldn't be that will, but the focus should be on saying, okay, what is our system looking like now? What is the process, tooling, workflow? What would be an ideal state for that to happen? And how do we get from A to B? And that exercise is gonna reveal a lot of vulnerabilities in your process. And you do the whole exercise with the lens of knowing AI capabilities and what AI needs, and you will likely see so much context and shared knowledge is needed throughout this process that we haven't documented. And that is what the focus should be.
