ChatGPT Atlas + what it means for your business

ChatGPT Atlas is a browser that has OpenAI that has been created by OpenAI. So just like Google has Google Chrome that you can open up websites and browse in, now ChatGPT has Atlas and has Atlas and might think like, what's the big deal? What's the difference? It's quite different. And so within this browser, it will, it has memory both just in the chats that you have with ChatGPT, but also in all of the websites that you visit. And you can use ChatGPT within all of the websites that you visit of great context. The kicker is that it's also agentic. And so you can just ask ChatGPT to do something on your behalf on the internet and it will do it. Let me show you. It just looks like a normal browser. A ChatGPT window, a ChatGPT window. I select agent mode and then I can ask, please find a black shirt for me from Reformation in size small and buy it. It leads us to the website. You can see its thought process over here, which is funny. Alright, it's picked out this black shirt for me. And then it proceeds to the checkout page. The next step requires entering your email and later, shipping/payment details. Please provide your email and confirm that you want me to continue with the purchase. Besides this being really freaking cool for users, what does this mean if you are a business that has a website? So something that I edited out because I didn't wanna waste your time is that the ChatGPT agent was having some issues on Reformation's site picking out the size and the color because within how their site is designed, it looks good for a human, but there were some overlays over the button selection, how what they're for the agent. And so it ended up going to navigate better. So design your website for agents. It's gonna be both humans are gonna look, but it's gonna become more and more likely that we're not really gonna watch the agent and we're just gonna ask it to do work on our behalf. You want to make your website very clear and easy for an agent to navigate. Also when going to Reformation's site, they I imagine up to put in your email or that was bypassed. You're missing that sticky relationship, brand relationship with a human user connecting with your brand. That's gonna be going away. I realize that this browser is maybe like 1% gonna use it initially, but the big thing is is gonna be setting a precedence for other browsers and soon Google Chrome, any other browser that you use is gonna start rolling out this type of agentic ability as well. So before we were kind of preparing for agents, we offer an agentic experience on our website. It's happening. You don't have to do anything. It's already happening. The agents are here. So the next step that you have to make as a business is to design your website so it is friendly and we're just touching on of the iceberg here. Your step one right now is to download the Atlas browser and then have this agent navigate your site, see if there's any sticking points and start addressing those.
