Somewhere in your 20s, you're gonna get the opportunity to rebuild your life after a negative loop. To heal from what broke you, to live in your own space, to reconnect with your discipline. You're gonna learn to love yourself again. When that opportunity comes, do not waste it. A lot of people go through painful seasons just to go back to the same habit, same people, same environment that hurt them, kept them stuck. But sometimes life falls apart to create space for something better. And for me, rebuilding my life wasn't one big decision. It was thousands of small ones. Every single day, it was going to the gym when I didn't feel like it. It was journaling instead of distracting myself, was spending time alone instead of chasing validation. And slowly, I stopped trying to get my old life back and I started creating my new one. One day, you'll look back and you'll realise that the person that broke you isn't what changed your life. The person that you became because of it is. So see that journey through, because it's worth it.
