Shrimp Ramen Noodles Ingredients: • 1 lb Argentina shrimp, peeled and deveined • Mofo Delicious seasoning (or your favorite all-purpose/seafood seasoning), generous amount • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp oyster sauce • 1 tbsp minced garlic • 1 tbsp black pepper (plus extra for onions) • 1 tbsp sugar • 2 tbsp cornstarch • 1 small Napa cabbage, sliced • 1 onion, sliced • 2 tbsp butter • 3 packs pork-flavored ramen noodles • 1 pork ramen seasoning packet (from the noodle packs) • Water (for boiling noodles) ⸻ Instructions: 1. Prepare the Shrimp: Place shrimp in a large bowl. Season generously with Mofo Delicious seasoning, then massage the seasoning in well. 2. Mix the Sauce: In a separate bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, sugar, and cornstarch. Stir thoroughly until well mixed and set aside. 3. Prep Veggies: Slice Napa cabbage and onion thinly. 4. Cook the Onion & Shrimp: In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced onions and a sprinkle of black pepper, then sauté until just softened (about 2 minutes). Add seasoned shrimp to the pan, mixing occasionally, and cook for about 5-6 minutes or until the shrimp is opaque and cooked through. 5. Add the Cabbage: Add sliced Napa cabbage to the pan. Stir everything together and let cook for about 3-5 minutes, until the cabbage softens. 6. Cook the Ramen: While the veggies and shrimp cook, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside. 7. Combine Everything: Add cooked ramen noodles directly to the shrimp, onion, and cabbage mixture. Sprinkle in one pork seasoning packet (from the ramen). Pour the prepared sauce over everything. 8. Finish: Toss well to combine, making sure everything is fully coated in the sauce and evenly mixed. 9. Serve: Serve immediately. Enjoy! #noodles #yummy #EasyRecipe #ComfortFood #HomeCooking
