Candy Drip Ribs Recipe Ingredients: • 1 rack pork ribs • 1 lime, halved • Yellow mustard (enough to coat) • Mofo Delicious seasoning (or your favorite BBQ rub), heavy sprinkle • 1/2 cup brown sugar • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar • Honey, to drizzle • Aluminum foil Instructions: 1. Prep the Ribs: Start by removing the membrane from the back of your ribs—this helps make them extra tender. 2. Lime Rub: Cut a lime in half and rub it all over both sides of the ribs. This cleans the meat and adds a bit of brightness. 3. Mustard Coat: Spread a thin layer of yellow mustard over both sides of the ribs. Don’t worry, you won’t taste it—it helps the seasoning stick! 4. Season Up: Sprinkle Mofo Delicious seasoning (or your favorite BBQ rub) generously on both sides. Pat it down so the flavors stick. 5. First Grill: Place the ribs on the cool side of your grill. Cook for 1 hour, then flip and cook for another hour. Total: 2 hours on indirect heat. 6. Wrap & Drip: Lay out a piece of aluminum foil that’s long enough for the rack. Sprinkle a layer of brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, a dash more seasoning, and drizzle honey over it. Place ribs on top and coat both sides with this sweet goodness. Fold the foil around the ribs and seal it tight. 7. Final Grill: Return the foil-wrapped ribs to the cool side of the grill for 1 more hour. 8. Serve: Carefully remove from the foil (watch out for steam!). Slice and serve immediately—sweet, sticky, and packed with flavor. #ribs #Foodie #BBQLife #SweetAndSticky #EasyRecipes
