Today I'm going to catch and cook a so-called trash fish. I'm using my favorite lure. Let's land a species. Bouncing off the bottom and pretty quickly something ate my lure. And just like that, I'm hooked. Of course, it's not the target species for the day. It turned out to be a summer flounder, which is a highly sought-after fish. But it's not the target species and it's too small, so it's going home. I decided to try bouncing my lure this wall enough. Bite! Go! Was hooked. And this time it turned out to be the species of the day. Fish. Robin. Widely as fish. I disagree. So I took it home, cleaned it up, hit it with some seasoning. And then let it cook on medium heat for a few minutes. It'd be pretty good on its own like this. To make it even better, I made it into a fish taco. And it turned out delicious.
