You spend a lot of time in your outlook everyday, so this is how you come up to the top right and click on settings. Appearance and then you can pick any of these themes. You can always turn on dark mode. I am just such a light mod girl and I love me some pink. And I love me some pink. All your different folders and I highly recommend using categories. This just helps me organize all of the things sitting in my inbox. So rather than having a wall of emails, everything is organized into these cute little category folders. Also just make sure you are sorting by category if you're going that route. Like having categories for touch base notes, personal things, client meetings, urgent tasks, things you're waiting on, things need to follow up on. Now the hours you spend in your inbox can be a little bit more enjoyable and just pretty to look at.
