really cool Outlook tip. If you want to organize your inbox even further in Outlook, come up here to VIEW, click on view settings, and then find conditional formatting. Tap over here to create a new rule. Let's go with subject includes. I'm gonna say the word "invite" that way it prioritizes any event invites. I'm giving it a title, "Event Invites." And this is where you can modify it. You can change the background color, you could change the font, or just change the font color. I'm gonna go with changing the background color because I feel like that's the most dramatic one. Save. And already, you can see that this is now pink. You can separate emails based on whether you're the TO line or maybe you're just on the CC line, so it's not as important for that. For example, I might just change the color. Something important to note here is that this goes in order, so the top one is going to override anything underneath. So if you want this to be more important, you would just move that one up. On my screen, you can see that this one's pink, but now you can see that this text is like a teal blue. Play around with it. I think it's fun to have conditional formatting and the background color be different. You can make like a rainbow in your inbox. As always, follow for more tips and tricks to organize your Outlook life.
