guys if you use Microsoft Outlook every single day these are my top 3 copilot tips I guarantee your manager does not know about okay prompt No 1 is the morning priority sweep if you make a habit of using this prompt every single morning you will cut the time you spend in outlook by half basically it asks copilot to scan your inbox in the past 24 hours and provide you with only the top priority emails that you need to action or reply to straight away okay next up is this prompt I love this prompt it finds hidden asks in any of the email chains that you're cc'd on this is great cause it's so easy to miss action items when you're cc'd into a seriously long thread I'm very guilty of this basically just sends copilot on the hunt to find these and it puts them into a nice to do list for you and lastly if I'm ever using copilot to help me draft emails this is the prompt I always use basically allows me to feed copilot so much context and information that the draft it writes sounds exactly like me to use this prompt and outlook basically whenever you go to write a reply just hit the draft with copilot button and then you literally paste in this prompt
