So I'm kind of stressed but I'm not stressed at the same time because in the last episode on apartment hunting in London, there was some questionable apartments, just like the one that I'm showing you right now. This was 2.3k before bills, so after bills that's like 2.6, 2.65. Yeah, not doing that. I need to put this out there, yeah, but if someone says they're looking for a specific area, don't tell them to go to a completely different area. People are telling me to move to Kent when I said I want to be in zone 2, West or Northwest London. Like what? No, this to Kent by the way, I have no business being in Kent. Unfortunately, my letting agent only had one place to show me today because the rental market is just booming off right now. But this place, he's been happy to show up this place to me for the last two days. He said, David, when you see this place, you're gonna fall in love. And I can't lie, he wasn't wrong. This place is actually sick. And for the price as well, it's making a lot of sense. One bedroom apartment, modern look, building is very nice and it's very close to a lot of the stuff that I use on a daily basis and it's close to the train station as well. The price is cheaper than the places that I showed you in episode one as well. It is less than 2k. My only issue is the bedroom size, it is on the smaller side compared to what I would have wanted. However, when it comes to finding a place to rent, nothing's ever gonna be perfect, but I will keep looking. This might be at the top of my list though.
