Denton just landed a 740-acre resort-style community, and yes, it comes with horses. 🐴 A Florida developer, An Ki Land Development, announced plans this week for Wildhaven, a massive mixed-use community on Denton's north side near North Locust Street and Milam Road. The plan includes around 150 high-end homes, up to 500 multifamily units, a 120-bed hotel, two restaurants, a spa, and an equestrian-centered component, with hundreds of acres dedicated to recreation and the outdoors. Managing director Logan Breen says the goal is a community that "grows with the land, not against it." Developments of this scale and quality don't pick random places.
