The plan includes around 150 high-end homes, up to 500 multifamily units, a 120-bed hotel, two restaurants, a spa, and an equestrian-centered component, with hundreds of acres dedicated to recreation and the outdoors. Managing director Logan Breen says the goal is a community that "grows with the land, not against it." Developments of this scale and quality don't pick random places.
