These savory breakfast sliders with egg, bacon, sausage, cheese, and gravy were perfect for our cabin weekend to feed a crowd. I doubled this recipe below for the amount of people we had. Ingredients: * 1 package (12-count) King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls * 8 oz ground breakfast sausage, cooked * 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped * 6 large eggs * ¼ cup milk * 1 packet sausage gravy mix, prepared according to package instructions * 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese * 2 tbsp butter, melted * ½ tsp garlic powder * ½ tsp onion powder * Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: * Cook the bacon. Chop into pieces and set aside. * Cook the sausage and set aside. * Make the sausage gravy according to the packet instructions. Set aside and keep warm. * Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in a nonstick skillet until just set. Remove from heat. * Preheat oven to 350°F. * Slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected. * Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased or foil lined 9x13-inch baking dish. * Spread about half of the prepared sausage gravy evenly over the bottom rolls. * Add the scrambled eggs. * Layer on the sausage and bacon. * Top with the cheddar cheese. * Spread the remaining sausage gravy over the cheese layer. * Place the top half of the rolls on top. * Mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. * Brush evenly over the tops of the rolls. * Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. * Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown. * Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting into individual sliders. #breakfastideas #breakfastsandwich #EasyRecipe #easybreakfast
