All that to say, lately I've been making some exceptions. Fresh summer peaches. So welcome back to episode 3 of a series where I'm taking fresh summer produce, throwing it on the grill. A packet of LAV. This all started as a way to kill off that parasite. But in all honesty, this is one of all summer. Grilled peaches with fresh mozzarella, avocado. That I literally hand picked from the garden for all of you. Think summer Caprese salad. We're just swapping the tomatoes for peaches. A great appetizer.
