My bill went to collections. Pay it. I'm in the credit and debt business and I do. The creditor sells the debt, longer able to collect on it. They sold it to a third party bill collector for pennies on the dollar. The people that are calling, writing, and contacting debt. Relationship with these bill collectors. Have a contract with them. A bill collector to legally be able to collect, they call a chain of custody. A chain of custody is a original agreement, like credit card between you and the original creditor, and then also the bill of sale from the original creditor to the bill collector assigning all rights. Guys do not have that stuff. I would send a debt validation creditor, forcing them to the chain of custody. Would also start disputing it with the chances of getting it removed are very high. Explain it in the simplest way, but I'm running right now. Have a question, the comments. Or part two.
