Success means sharing the rewards. We have never had one penny of debt in 46 years. And we did the Thomas Cook acquisition and without taking on any, any debt. The most important thing is that everybody in the company, they're helping us keep our offices clean, or they're the chief operating officer, they are valued because the work that they do is really important, the ways they shouldn't be paid a salary. Last year we turned over 3 billion. We gave everyone in the company 100 pounds for every year they had spent working for Hays Travel, irrespective of how senior they were in the organization. And, and we have a lot of people who worked for us for 30 years who were just overcome with emotion. And one lady, when I was getting in the car at the end of the day when I'd done the announcement, she said, I have never had that amount of money in my hands.
