I talk a lot about the golden thread of every business, no matter how small, really needs to be crystal clear about what they stand for and what they're trying to achieve. We use the language "smile" a lot in Hays Travel, and we do a lot of it. And it's supportive, motivation, innovative, loyal and excellent. And many, many of those themes of the golden thread, right down to the individual expectations of everyone in the business, so they're crystal clear about what their rule is in delivering, not only delivering, but how we're going to behave together around teamwork and how we're going to behave with each other. It isn't just in terms of what your role is. It's about how you've delivered that. Have you helped others to achieve? Have you been part of a team? Have you been innovative? Have you suggested ways in which Hays Travel can get better and better?
