Mark, is this correct? It says our employee turnover this year has been over 30%. I haven't seen the updated numbers, but that sounds right. What the hell? We're spending so much money hiring these people, providing benefits, and then they're just quitting. Yeah, I think, think about 80% of that is people quitting, the other 20% is us letting them go. We gotta fix this. Yeah man, I agree. Company's burning a lot of money on this and people seem pretty upset. You know, I think the obvious solution in here is we just need to stop hiring people and find ways for AI to pick up the slack. Jeff, that's uh, that's not the obvious solution. That is what's creating this problem. What do you mean? How? Well, because last year you let a bunch of people go under the promise that AI could do that work, but it couldn't. So we just redistributed that work to the people who are left. Now those people are burned out and they're quitting. That's what's causing this problem. Mark, I respect your opinion here, but I just disagree. I think people are just too entitled these days. Jeff, I don't respect your opinion here. That is fucking stupid, Mark.
