Cake Mix Coffee Cake Recipe inspo from Allrecipes Cake Ingredients: • 1 box yellow cake (15.25 or 13.25 oz), sifted • 2 eggs, room temperature • ¾ c sour cream, room temperature • ¼ c butter, melted • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract Crumble Ingredients: • ¼ c oats • ¾ c brown sugar (packed) • 1 tsp ground cinnamon • ½ c cold butter, cut into pieces Drizzle Ingredients: • 2 oz cream cheese, room temperature • 2.5 tbsp powdered sugar • 2 tbsp milk • ¼ tsp vanilla bean paste or extract Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 and line or grease a 9x9 baking dish. 2. In a large bowl add cake mix, eggs, sour cream, butter, and vanilla. Mix well. Add batter to prepared 9x9 baking dish and set aside. 3. Make the crumble: in a bowl or food processor add oats, brown sugar, cinnamon - combine well. Cut in cold butter either in a food processor or with a pastry cutter/fork until course crumbs form. 4. Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the cake batter. 5. Bake in preheated oven for 30 – 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean. Out the oven allow cake to cool. 6.
