Hook

I do find the obsession dance on Tik Tok very weird because knowing how dark the movie is and what the movie is actually about, why would you make a dance to like a sound clip from that movie. The fact that they're calling it the obsession dance and the dance itself is all like happy and smiley when the movie has nothing to do with that. And it's a great movie by the way, but it is very dark. It's about this woman being, you know, stripped from her free will and becoming a hyper fixated on this guy and there's so many layers to it. That is not the movie. I don't care if it's fiction. It's not something to be making a dance to. There's some people out there saying, 's really not that deep. But in my head, this is like if there was like a Slenderman dance. Sure, it's fiction, but it's still very weird to make a dance that, you know? I have no clue who created the dance, but I'm just going to assume all the people doing this dance haven't actually watched the movie. Because once you watch a movie like that, I'm sorry. When I first watched it, my first thought wasn't, you know what? Damn, they can make a dance out of this on Tik Tok. I know people make dances to make it all lighthearted and fun, but there's some things that just like don't really need a dance to go with it. And I know people want, you know, do it cuz it's trending right now, but this is not the thing to do it to. So, can we just stick to like, you know, dancing from popular songs or, you know, like uplifting movies and not obsession.
