Ingredients: -1–1½ pounds chicken breast (2 large breasts, sliced thin) -Avocado oil spray -Salt, to taste -Black pepper, to taste -Garlic powder, to taste -Italian seasoning, to taste -1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce (I used Rao’s) -8 oz sliced mozzarella cheese -½ cup grated Parmesan cheese -Pepperoni slices (however much or as little as you like 🤗) . 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Spray a casserole dish with avocado oil. 3. Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise to make thin cutlets. 4. Arrange the chicken in the casserole dish and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. 5. Pour the marinara sauce evenly over the chicken. 6. Layer the mozzarella slices over the sauce. 7. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top. 8. Add the pepperoni slices. 9.
