OSAKA Conrad Osaka Floors 33 to 40 of Festival Tower West in Nakanoshima, with 380-plus works of art and a 40th-floor lobby wrapped in glass. Five restaurants up top — teppanyaki, nigiri, seafood bar. The hospitality is what people remember. Higobashi station is underneath. Waldorf Astoria Osaka The brand's Japan debut, open since April 2025. 252 rooms in Umekita with Peacock Alley and True Waldorf Service, designed by André Fu — also behind HOTEL THE MITSUI KYOTO, my favorite hotel in Japan.
