I have just one of the best books ever written and potentially my favourite book that I have read in 2026. I've read in 2026 so far. And that is a very bold statement to make. Seeing as I have already proclaimed that spot to go to This Kingdom Will Not Kill Me by Ilona Andrews. So I'm gonna keep this book right here at top spot. I'm also gonna put this book right next to it. This. This is The Knave & The Moon by Rachel Gillig. This was everything, a second book in a duology. This was phenomenal. Arguably even better than book one. This is a bold statement to make, especially seeing as I rated book one, The Moth & The Star, not only a five star, a six star. Obviously, I also rated this not a five star but to six star. This is the only six star duology I have ever read. I don't think a duology will ever top this. I'm not gonna give anything away because I want you guys to experience this book the same way I did. But there are so many different books or movies that I want to say if you like book, you will like this book. If there is any book I would recommend, any series, any duology, anything. It will be The Water Kingdom by Rachel Gillig. They have the best world building, atmosphere, FMC, MMC, characters. You will ever read about. This found family has now sealed themselves into my heart. I loved every single part of this book. Apart from the ending. I was uncontrollably sobbing. This book put me through all my feels and it was so worth it. I filmed myself finishing this book for my YouTube and I'm just there sobbing hysterics. This was incredible. You guys, I know you all are already are really excited for this, but get even more excited because it was just that good. Infinity stars. Amazing. I'm still in shock that I got to read this book early. And I'm so, so excited for you guys to be able to read it in September because I need to yap with people about this.
