Cheers Best Trader Joe's lunch I'm making another easy Trader Joe's lunch. And when I say another Trader Joe's lunch, I mean the same Trader Joe's lunch I made the last time because it's so good. This is the lightly smoked salmon. Don't let the look of the salmon fool you, okay? I know it looks disgusting. Draining it. Mash it up, make it edible before you decide not to eat it. Add it on top of your rice. Now we're adding some Kewpie Mayo. Sriracha. Cucumber. I diced it up this time instead of doing the big slices. Green onion. And then I did, I think that's how you pronounce it, Furikake seasoning. This is how I've been eating it lately. So messy. Yes. It's so good. You gotta make it.
