Living with Type 2 diabetes? Stop making these 3 mistakes today. If you have Type 2 diabetes or prediabetes, these three habits can make a big difference in your long term health. 1. Stop eating 3–5 hours before bed. 2. Stop snacking. Focus on 2–3 balanced meals instead, if that’s appropriate for you. 3. Stop losing muscle. Resistance training and preserving muscle are powerful ways to support your metabolism and improve insulin sensitivity. When I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in 2017, nobody explained that I needed to improve my body’s ability to process carbohydrates by addressing insulin resistance. Learning how to eat, train and build muscle changed my life. Today, I take no diabetes medication, have no carbohydrate restrictions and my body processes carbohydrates like it never had Type 2 diabetes. That didn’t happen overnight. It happened because I consistently changed the habits that were driving my insulin resistance. Type 2 diabetes isn’t reversed through semantics. It’s reversed through actions. These are only 3 tips. If you want my exact 21-Day Reset System, the instructions to get my program are in my bio. #type2diabetes #insulinresistance #prediabetes #reversetype2diabetes #bloodsugar
