Now that it's over can we all agree that Caribana was fucking ass this year? I've been going to Caribana since 2022. There were no standing flows playing music. People were not dancing as much because we couldn't get crowded like every other year. And don't even get me started on the paid functions. Some of us were paying like 80 fucking dollars for functions. Okay, we'll say the club was lit last night. But the event me and my homegirls actually paid for it. We left within five minutes. I feel like it ended so early too. Tell me why I got there and she was already done. All the other times I went by the time I was 2 o'clock flows were still going. And they were actually stopping. And then the cherry on top of the cake, it wouldn't be a Toronto event without some violence, right? And then you're wondering why Afrobeats is being cut. Honestly, I feel like we would have had standing trucks if it wasn't for Sza. But yeah guys, you guys are ruining the city. If you go every year like me, let me know if you agree.
